  • Godyssey compares your calendar events with your children's schedule. If an event overlaps with a time you need to care for your little ones, it flags a conflict and suggests people in your village who can help.

  • Yes! Connect your Google Calendar to automatically sync events, or add events manually from the dashboard. Go to Settings → Calendar to connect and keep your week coordinated.

  • Go to the Village tab and tap the + button. Enter their name, phone number, and availability. They'll get a notification whenever you need help.

  • If you co-parent, the custody schedule lets you mark which days and times your children are with you. Conflict detection only checks the times when your children are with you.

  • Yes. Your schedules, village contacts, and little ones' information are stored securely and only accessible by you. Godyssey never shares your data with third parties.

  • When a Godyssey user adds you to their village to help with childcare coordination, you are opting in to receive occasional text messages from Godyssey. These messages may ask if you are available to provide support with childcare during scheduled events or conflicts. Your consent is explicitly given when the user adds your phone number in the app. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and standard message and data rates may apply. Messages are sent only when a user requests your help, so you will not receive unsolicited notifications.
